Order Confirmation & Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on the WINNAIRE website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes.

  • You agree to follow the return procedure described below.

  • In the event of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records and communications may be used as supporting documentation.


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and original condition.

  • Only standard inspection and handling should have occurred.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of use, damage, misuse, or wear not caused by us.

Once received, approved returns are typically processed within 7 business days.


How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email winnairestore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (required if damaged or defective)

    • Your full name and shipping address

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping any item.

⚠️ Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at winnairestore@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

After review:

  • A replacement may be offered depending on availability and the issue.

  • In some cases, returning the defective item may not be required.

Replacements are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.


Lost or Unclaimed Shipments

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking details.

  • We will assist with a courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.

Unclaimed / Refused / Incorrect Address

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $35 CAD deduction will be applied to the refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.


Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable Canadian consumer laws, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt.

However:

  • Orders cannot be stopped once they have been shipped.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery following the return process outlined above.

To request a cancellation before shipment, email winnairestore@gmail.com with a clear cancellation request.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback or dispute is submitted, we may provide supporting documentation to the payment provider or bank, including:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Shipping and tracking information

  • Email communication and submitted photos

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect future purchasing eligibility.


Important Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

  • WINNAIRE is not responsible for customs delays or transit interruptions.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

  • Returns are not free; shipping and handling fees apply.
